Additionally, you can evaluate which of the four investment scenarios (immediate sale, sale in 3 years, long-term rental or short-term rental) maximizes your returns—factoring in renovation and financing costs. With property invest, complex data is transformed into clear investment insight, enabling you to make informed decisions.
Absolutely! Within the application, you can select the areas that interest you from a group of 14 regions, and filter the properties based on type, value, size, expected return, and other investment criteria.

Subscription payments are made easily and securely using credit or debit cards via Stripe’s secure payment gateway—one of the most trusted and widely used payment platforms globally. Additionally, payment methods like Google Pay and Apple Pay are supported, offering even greater convenience and speed.
Once you subscribe, you are charged immediately for the first month. From then on, the subscription renews automatically every month, and the corresponding charge is processed without requiring any further action from you.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month. Until then, you will retain full access to all features and services of the application.
No, property invest operates with a single monthly subscription, regardless of how many regions you select.
If you add a new region at any point during the month, your subscription cost is automatically adjusted with a prorated charge based on the number of days the new region is active. This means you only pay for the time you actually use the additional region—no double charges.

For each property, the app offers access to smart calculation tools that analyze different utilization scenarios. The app automatically estimates the current commercial value of each property using real-time data and advanced analytical models. It then compares this value with the auction’s starting price, allowing you to clearly see whether a property represents a real opportunity. Our team will assess the legal status of the property, ensuring you can proceed with full confidence. Once you're ready, you can express your interest in participating in the auction. We handle the entire process for you—from preparing the necessary documents to representing you on the day of the auction.
As a subscriber, you benefit from a 50% discount on the participation service fee (from €200 to €100, VAT not included).
